Booking Platform Tennis Courts

AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS- NO GUESTS (non-full members) are allowed.  We will announce if the policy changes.

 As always, Wait Listers are only allowed to play as a guest of a full member and must have a signed waiver on file.  They cannot reserve a court or participate in club programs.

Paddle courts may be reserved up to five days in advance using an online system. You may not book three-hour slots, even under different names (although members are welcome -- and encouraged! -- to stay beyond their 90-minute reservation time if the time isn't booked). You must cancel reservations you can't use so courts don't go to waste.

How to make reservations

To make a reservation, click on this link and follow these steps:

  • The first page will ask for the password. (Members will have received this year’s password by email).

  • The system will then take you to the schedule for the current day. By using the pull down menu you can also access the schedule for the next 4 days.

  • If a court time is available it will be marked "click here".

  • Click on the box for the time that you want to reserve.

  • This year, for contact tracing purposes, we require that the booking member enter all 4 names of the members who will be playing on the reservation page, then enter your email address and click on "confirm reservation"; Be sure to update this if something changes. 

  • The system will then return you to the schedule for the day of your reservation, and a message will appear confirming that the reservation has been made.

To cancel a reservation

  • Access the system as described above;

  • Go to the date of the reservation that you want to cancel;

  • Click on the box for the time that you wish to cancel;

  • The cancellation page will appear. Follow the instructions on the page by entering the name of the first player in the group just as it was entered when the reservation was made - then click on the cancellation button;

  • The system will then return you to the schedule for the day of your cancellation, and a message will appear confirming that the cancellation has been made.

Season Tickets

Members may request a weekly season-long group reservations, subject to availability, by applying with a group of at least six members representing at least five full member families. Please send your member names and time slot requests (first and second choice) to Pennie Driscoll at admin@theheritageclub.org by September 21.  

Season tickets apply to weekdays (M-F) and weeknights (Tues, F & Sun), 8:30-5:30, and begin the week of October 7 (assuming we have received all signed waivers and opened the Club for play by then). Each member is limited to booking one weeknight season ticket, but may book more than one weekday season ticket.  Season tickets may be cancelled by the Paddle Committee if season-ticketed courts are going unused and the season ticket owner is not releasing the courts on the reservation system for others to use.
