Summer Employment Information

Pool Staff

Our Pool Staff is comprised of our Swim Team Coaches, Lesson Instructors, and Lifeguards. Each of these positions require specialized certifications not offered by Heritage. It is the responsibility of the candidate to complete these certification courses. All of these positions require the candidate to be 16 years of age by their first day of employment in that position. Lifeguards may be full-time or part-time, depending on the Club's needs. We appreciate willing substitutes.

Tennis Staff

Our teaching staff at the Tennis Courts should be able to play tennis well themselves. We organize an instructional clinic, run by USTA, to help instill good teaching methods, as well as staff development clinics during the season.
