Dive Team

Dive Team is geared towards athletes that are ready to take a step up from Dive Lessons and try diving at a more competitive level. Dive Team is great for gymnasts, dancers, and fearless kids who love to flip and twist and want to try something new and challenging.


Dive meets take place on Mondays and the occasional Friday as well as during Colonial League Swim & Dive meets on Saturdays. Diving entries are unlimited during Monday and Friday meets and limited on Saturdays. Each athlete is expected to dive in at least two meets.
